CRM Manager [Indonesia]


 

This is an exciting opportunity to join Zalora’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team. You need to work collaboratively across marketing channels, as well as with other departments to understand marketing processes. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role is based in South Jakarta, Indonesia.

The primary function of CRM Manager is to define, evaluate and deliver the CRM strategy aimed at encouraging client retention and loyalty. The shaping and delivering of marketing and promotional campaigns

Responsibilities:

  • Developing Customer segmentation strategy which translates to campaign execution across platforms, examples but not limited to email, rich push, or push notifications, and in-app notifications
  • Shaping and delivering of marketing and promotional campaigns
  • Increase campaign performance through creative testing and performance reviews
  • Analyze success of email and push campaigns and use this to develop longer term strategy
  • Analyze data management for CRM related
  • Setting up the campaigns and data filters within ZALORA CRM platform
  • Coordinating with relevant stakeholders in the organization

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years work experience in information system and/or CRM, experience working in marketplace is an advantage
  • Bachelor Degree from Information System, and ability to create/edit HTML emails is a plus
  • Ability to build and maintain friendly, professional relationships with colleagues, clients and vendors
  • A real passion for the internet and online retail
  • A proactive attitude and must be able to thrive in a varied and fast paced environment
  • Organized, planned and productive to get the most from each working day
  • Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Attention to detail in all aspects of the role
