Requirements
● Able to communicate fluently in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin/Tamil proficiency
will be an added advantage)
● Able to adapt to using outlet POS system, credit card terminals.
● Minimum SPM qualification.
● Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Previous retail working experience will be an added advantage
Responsibilities
❖ Achieve and maintain the best in-store retail operations standards
❖ Welcome customers into the store & helping customers to identify and purchase
products
❖ Attend to customers’ enquiries & complaints and able to resolve with high
professionalism
❖ Learn and share brand & product knowledge with customers
❖ Drive sales & achieve sales targets
❖ Oversee weekly restocking & inventory updates
❖ Work 6 days a week, able to work on weekends
