Job Description
To coordinate, assist and support the Finance Controller in carrying out the accounting, reporting, auditing, tax and compliance activities for John Crane Saudi Arabia, in a systematic, cohesive and timely manner to support the achievements of our common functional and business objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities
General Ledger entries, Balance Sheet Recons at month close and monthly financial submissions
Assist Financial Controller in the month close activities & Budget/Forecast exercise
Monthly minimum controls assigned specifically as preparer in certain areas
Ad hoc Internal Reporting (MCDR, Weekly O&S, Debtors Reporting)
Manage and update the local fixed assets registers and counts for the local entity
Preparation of Annual CSA
Liaise with SSC during transition period. Support areas that will remain with the business
VAT / WHT Tax Return Compliance, review with Tax Consultant
Support preparation and review of annual Corporate Tax Returns
Tax Audit support and documentation related to past and current year
Support with External Statutory Audit
Support / Participation in Internal Audit
Support Local Content Evaluation and Audits
Sales invoice upload to E-invoicing Tax portal

The Individual
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Education/Training: Bachelors / Masters Degree in Accounting
Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Experience of working in a multinational and multicultural environment is mandatory.
Knowledge/Skills: SAP Knowledge or similar ERP Knowledge preferred.
Advanced Excel Knowledge and Power BI.
Supervises: Individual contributor.
Languages: Fluent in English & Arabic mandatory
