REQUIRED FOR A ARCHITECTURAL AND INTERIOR DESIGNING COMPANY
- Site visit for recce and all other measurement.
- Oversee the activities and performance of contractors and suppliers
- Coordination in verification of material & vendor/supplier claims.
- Coordinating with Client in all site work activities under the guidance of Project Manager.
- To follow the project construction schedule on a daily basis & update same to ensure timely completion of project site.
- Raise and discuss relevant issues at the job site meetings and resolve all.
- Make daily site reports
- Maintain site blog book
- Follow site safety plan and ensure that all worker working at site with full safety equipment's.
- Control and monitor labour, material and equipment's and all related matters.
- Act as the link between architects, interior designers and contractor workers
Desired Candidate Profile
- Professional experience in designing interior of retail stores, hospitals, commercial buildings, corporate offices etc. projects required.
- Ability to use Email, Outlook, MS Office
- Candidate should be well versed with all types of civil construction activities require in interior projects.
- The applicant should be proficient in understanding AUTO CAD drawings and execution of work according to them.
- Should have skills on every facet of interior decorators of large sites.
Qualification:-
Degree in Civil Engineering with atleast 5-7 years of experience

Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
