As the Front Desk Receptionist at our fast-paced clinic, you will play a critical role in providing excellent customer service to our patients. As the first point of contact for all of our patients, you will be the person in charge of making memorable experiences for our patients, greeting them with enthusiasm, and making sure they feel appreciated from the moment they walk in the door. You will use your exceptional multitasking skills to schedule appointments, minimize wait times, and keep a close pulse on both patients and doctors.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all patients by creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience.
  • Manage appointments seamlessly and promptly respond to patient messages to ensure patient satisfaction.
  • Use exceptional problem-solving skills to navigate and solve issues while maintaining a calm, composed demeanor under pressure.
  • Schedule doctors' appointments productively and minimize scheduling errors.
  • Ensure that patients are consistently attending their appointments and are finishing their care on time.
  • Build positive relationships with patients and resolve issues quickly and effectively to eliminate customer service issues.
  • Organize the flow of the office to ensure that all appointments, paperwork, and communications are completed in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skill to pay attention to detail while working in fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with patients
  • Ability to handle and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Incredible communication skills when working with both patients, and doctors.
  • Ability to interpret and respond appropriately to non-verbal cues and social situations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
